I need to do some different exercise. Maybe zumba is the way forward? My friend does Forces Fit and says she's got more energy. I walk everywhere really but my stumbling block is definitely chocolate. I fall at the first hurdle and if it's in the house, I try to ration myself. My willpower when it comes to chocolate is zilch! When I've got some money behind me, I might well have to try a bit of zumba-ing...
I'm feeling very bloated today actually. I suppose it's my fault for taking the car to drop our bear at the childminder's and then to work. It was just easier today. Tomorrow I might just have to walk.
My friend popped round for a cuppa and chat earlier. As a result I missed Britain's Got Talent. I'm not particularly bothered but will more than likely end up watching the final on Saturday. I like to see who's paid top wack for a performing spot on there too!
So tomorrow is Friday and then the weekend. Lots half planned for the weekend. Hopefully catch up with a good friend and her little girl, then off for a sponsored walk with family :)
