Summary of my day:
Get up at 8.30 (thank you to our nearly 4 year old for a lurvely lie-in)
Leisurely brekkie followed by hanging washing out. Decide that although it's only 10 am, our little bear needs sun cream for our little walk to the shop. It's HOT out there :)
Our little bear 'helps' to put sun cream on herself and then decides I need it on too... Everywhere lol
I convince her to wear her sun hat. The same one she was obsessed with wearing ALL the time a month or so ago when it wasn't sunny. Now she won't wear it. The wonderful world of a pre-schooler. Back to the point...
We're about to leave the house and she tells me to wear MY hat! Can't argue with that really! So I grab my sun hat that is scrunched up, has seen better days and apparantly has shrunk in the wash. We walk to the shop with our bear looking cute, cream rubbed in, nice butterfly sun hat on her head. I however, look like a right old plonker, am white as a snowman with a scrunched up sun hat perched on my head! Good job I'm not vain. ;)
