Grow bags are for babies, not small girls... that's what we've been telling our little bear for the past week or so. She still sleeps in what are commonly known as grow bags - sleeping bags with arm holes, if you're still in the dark. She's slept in one since she went into her cot at about 3 months old and has never looked back. It came in handy when she went into a bed because it meant she couldn't climb out and bang on the door. (A good parenting technique if you ask me! Although someone mentioned putting olive oil on the door handle too... not sure about that one!) Now she's rapidly out-growing her grow bag, as daft as it might sound, we need to wean her off it so that she still goes to bed as well as she's always done because it's become part of her bedtime routine! So we've been telling her that grow bags are for babies, not small girls. Whenever we tell her 'you're a big girl now!', she says 'I not big girl, I small girl!'. So that's the tactic. Or go cold turkey!
I've been looking at jewellery supply wholesalers online for when I've got a bit of cash to be able to place an order and keep up my hobbie. One of my favourite jewellery making techniques is wire working. It's ever so addictive and very enjoyable! If you get the 'knack', get in the flow and get it right, it looks amazing :)
